Learning 2 Learn homework

All homework is based around the current themes which are taught each half-term.  Students will be set up to 2 hours of competency homework per week.  Homework will range from research tasks, creative work, written pieces and kinasethetic work.  As students progress through the curriculum they will be encouraged to plan their work using their preferred thinking skills and to present their work using different learning styles.  The themes are;

• Half-term 1 Introduction to Learning how to Learn.
• Half-term 2 Community
• Half-term 3 Heroes and Villains
• Half-term 4 Technology Through Time
• Half-term 5 It's Not Fair!

The aim of the Learning 2 Learn curriculum is to develop independent learners.  To help aid this process students will be set Rich Tasks which will allow them to develop their time management and learning skills.  To view the Rich Tasks please follow the link to the L2L Curriculum VLE ..................
