I am delighted to tell you that Allerton Grange has won the 2009 Good Schools Guide A Level Award for Girls taking Social Science: Citizenship at AS level at an English School.

We make these awards on the basis of the data underlying your post-16 performance table results for the three years 2006, 2007 and 2008 combined, and in particular on the basis of the popularity of each subject relative to similar schools, and of the success that pupils achieve relative to the other examinations that they take. Our aim is to highlight excellent teaching in individual subjects.
