PSHE
At Allerton Grange our Citizenship programme covers all aspects of the Every Child Matters Agenda (Be Healthy, Stay Safe, Enjoy and Achieve, Positive Contribution, Economic Well Being)
We believe that Citizenship is more than a subject and we aim to deliver on Bernard Crick's promise that he made in the new NC guidelines for Citizenship in 1999.
‘If taught well and tailored to local needs, its skills and values will enhance democratic life for all of us, both rights and responsibilities beginning in school and radiating out.'
